Personal History Born in Bern Switzerland, where his parents were in charge of the Federation hospital. From an early age, Percy was in love with the idea of becoming a doctor.

At the age of 7, he started reading his parents medical journals.

At the age of 10, he was performing surgery on holographic patients.

With an IQ of 130, he quickly progressed through the schools he attended,

At age 16, he entered college.
Service Record After finishing college, Percy attended the Inselspital, also named the University Hospital of Bern. After interning for 3 years, Percy transferred to Starfleet Medical, where he continued his training.

Upon graduating, Dr Percy was commissioned a Lieutenant and assigned to the USS Arizona, as assistant Medical Officer.

He was at the Arizona for 2 years, when he transferred to the USS Tahoe as Chief Medical Officer.

When the opening came up on the Mohawk's chief medical officer, he applied and was accepted.
